Counselling can be a key ingredient to transformation and growth in areas of your life you want to focus on improvements and change. Or it maybe that you are experiencing a period of difficulty and together we can look at what could help you. Together we will plan a package of sessions that fit with your lifestyle.
We will also agree if what you are needing is beyond the scope of what we can achieve in our sessions. For example we may make reference to certain losses or complex traumas that you have experienced personally or someone important and close to you has experienced. Although I can support you in considering if seeking more in-depth support may be beneficial for you, I would not be able to personally offer treatment or recovery sessions, within the context of my current practice. We can of course consider various approaches that may be beneficial to you. In the meantime, more information and options for support can be found on my resources page. Please note I cannot recommend specific therapists.
Sessions are collaborative, creative and safe spaces to give time and focus to areas of your life you wish to make changes or find new ways of navigating. I respect everyone's individuality and tailor my approach to fit best with you.
Introductory sessions are typically 30 minutes long. One off consultations can be for up to ninety minutes. Where as a series of sessions will be 60 minutes. All are held via Zoom, you do not require an App to access the session and details will be sent to you ahead of your appointment time.
I do not keep recordings of sessions, however with your consent I keep brief notes that are anonymised and stored electronically theses files encrypted. Please also reference my privacy policy for more information.
