My Background
With over 20 years of experience working in the field of wellbeing and mental health, I work with clients to establish a counselling approach that best suits their needs and will ultimately support growth in the areas they wish to focus on.
Additionally for the past five years, I have studied Astrology and developed a spiritual practice that includes astrological approaches that, if desired, can offer clients a different perspective. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions, via the contact form below.
My Approach
At times, life can be difficult to navigate and sometimes, it can seem impossible to find a way through. I believe in and have seen the powerful transformation possible, when a person, at any age, stage or position in life, takes the courageous step, to look inward for answers and change.
Whether its Astrology or whether its Counselling that you feel most interested in using to support to your journey, we can agree together, if and how to overlay these two approaches to best meet your needs.
For Astrology readings, I start with using my training in Ancient Astrological techniques. Depending on your individual needs and questions, I may utilise a variety of evolutionary astrological approaches.
I use an integrative approach to counselling drawing on psychodynamic models to underpin my practice, however for brief and time limited counselling sessions I use solution focused therapy.
My approach is person centred and where needed goal focused. However, I believe in the power of being heard and understood. Together we will agree and approach and a pace that feels manageable.

Sessions
I am not presently able to offer in person sessions, however I hope these will be available in the near future. In the meantime astrology, counselling and dream sessions are held on Zoom or telephone if you prefer.
